Delivery update

**I began sending out "re-sends" Dec.15th.
IF you have not received your entire order, contact me,
as I will have to re-do them and re-send them!
I have been staying up nights re-printing, and re-sending all
"missing letters" as I am notified. Unfortunately, I fear, some
will not arrive by Christmas Eve. but, I have a "Plan B".

There are 48 coloring pages on it, that you can print out.
If they have not arrived, let me know, as I will have to do
a "resend" ASAP! Please follow the "re-send" instructions
below, so that I may get them out as quickly as possible!

As I have NO idea if little ears are
around when messages are retrieved!
If YOU need to leave me a message, please use
the word "stationary", as *I* usually have
little ears around and have to screen calls.
ATTENTION
First: Check your payment receipt date.
Then: See when it was sent out, and add 7 days
for delivery, before requesting a "resend",
Shipping Dates
December 15th, I began sending out "resends" for missing letters.
"Missing Letter" re-sends sent out Dec. 16
"Missing Letter" re-sends will be sent out Dec. 17
"Missing Letter" re-sends will be sent out Dec. 18
"Missing Letter" re-sends will be sent out Dec. 19
December 20st is a Sunday, no postal service.
"Missing Letter" re-sends will be sent out Dec. 21
(Yeah, I know it is futile, but, I will re-send them anyway)
All letters ordered at the same time are sent out at the
same time, so HOPEFULLY all children at the same
delivery address will get theirs at the same time! If they
were separated and do not show up at the same time, it
may takethem a day or two to catch up.
Please do not email me unless it has been at least
3 POSTAL days since the other children at the same
address have received theirs. If it has been at least 3
postal days, since the other letters arrived and you
still have not received your entire order, then email
or fax me, chances are they have been lost, and
I need to send ANOTHER letter out ASAP!

Please help me get these out as quickly as possible!

I will also need the:
***** Name of the person the missing letter was supposed to go to
***** Address (Yes, a lot of the times it has not arrived is because
the address or zip codes was incorrect, or even missing!)
***** Please use the SAME name AND e-mail address you used for payment!
***** Please include your Order #, Transaction ID, or check number.

I personally MAKE and print out each and every letter
ONE BY ONE.
PLEASE check your receipt date, and then,
check the send-out date from the above list
Please be patient with the USPS as this is their busiest time of the year!.

Did you fill out the information form for for it/them?
If you did NOT fill out the form, please contact me
ASAP! Letters could not be sent out, if I do NOT
have the information I need for them.

Did you put it in the fax machine correctly??
I have received several completely BLANK faxes!
If you did, check to see if your card has been charged.
If it hasn't, most likely the fax did NOT come through
clearly and I could not process your order.

Did your PayPal payment actually go through?
I have about 50 letters that are waiting to be sent,
but, the "Money Request" has not been paid yet!
