Delivery update
I will try and keep everyone as updated as possible!

All the "missing letter" requests have been re-printed, and sent out.
However, I do not know if they will arrive before Christmas or not. As
well as, people will be receiving duplicates. As a single mother of 5,
and grandmother of 4, it is very distressng to me, to know that even
with all the hard work I put into these, the late nights printing, re-printing,
all the materials, the embossing by hand, the DAILY trips to the Post
Office, the stress to make sure they go out on time, (eventhough ¾ of
the people waited until the LAST minute to order), I "know" that there
will STILL be some letters not arrive as they should be, by today.
If you have not receved your letter(s) let me know, as I need to gather
a list together to give to the Post Office, they are supposed to follow up
Plan "B" is up and running.

I have been staying up nights re-printing, and re-sending all
"missing letters" as I am notified. Unfortunately, I fear, some
will not arrive by Christmas Eve. I am working on a "Plan B".

There are 48 coloring pages on it, that you can print out.
*IF* it is necessary to call you, and I reach an answering machine,
I will use the code phrase "I am calling about the stationary you ordered"
As I have NO idea if little ears are around when messages are retrieved!
If YOU need to leave me a message, please use the word "stationary",
as *I* usually have little ears around and have to screen calls.

December 2 was a Sunday, no postal service.

All orders received Nov. 26 to Nov. 27, were sent out Dec. 4th, 2006
All orders received November 28, were sent out Dec. 5th, 2006
All orders received November 29 were sent out Dec. 6th, 2006
All orders received November 30 were sent out Dec. 7th, 2006
All orders received December 1 were sent out Dec. 8th, 2006
December 9th was a Sunday, no postal service.

Unfortunately, about 8% (by my count) of the
letters seem to have gone *MISSING* this year.
I began RE-SENDS for "missing" letters on Dec. 17.
Any Key re-sends, were sent out on Dec. 17th.

the address or zip codes was incorrect, or even missing!)

***** Please include your Order #, Transaction ID, or check number.

I personally MAKE and print out each and every letter
ONE BY ONE., and have been literally swamped with
emails asking if the letters have been sent out. I am sorry,
but, I have been unable to answer emails for several days,
but, rest assured, I have been getting out ALL "re-sends"!
PLEASE check your receipt date, and then,
check the send-out date from the above list
Please be patient with the USPS as this is their busiest time of the year!.

Questions to answer, if you have not received your letter(s):
Did you fill out the information form for for it/them?
If you did NOT fill out the form, please contact me
ASAP! Letters could not be sent out, if I do NOT
have the information I need for them.

If you did, check to see if your card has been charged.
If it hasn't, most likely the fax did NOT come through
clearly and I could not process your order.

Did your PayPal payment actually go through?
I have about 100 letters that are waiting to be sent,
but, the "Money Request has not been paid yet!

Here are some examples of what has been going on:
"Mr. R" ordered 13 letters, to be sent within my
own state. ALL 13 were sent out on the 10th. None
none arrive by the 15th. I re-print, and resend out
ALL 13 on the 15th. 2 (of 3 to same address)
show up on 20th, and 3 show up today, Dec. 22nd.
I re-print the missing 8 (again), and he picks up the
missing 8 letters. (All is saved). Most likely, the
other 21 letter that were sent out, will show up right
after Christmas!
Another example:
3 out of 4 letters to same address aren't delivered. "Santa"
sends the child an email, with a link, explaining that their
letter is delayed. I re-print missing letter, scan it, and put
it up online for the child to read, then send the letter. Again.
Hopefully, that one shows up!
For some (18) that were close enough,
I re-printed & personally delivered them.
Unfortunately, there is only so much I can do!
At this point, I am not sure if I will be doing these again next year.
